The attachments on my Sam don’t stay in place. What can I do?
Sam comes with a robust whisk attachment, stirring hook, and dough hook, all made from high-quality stainless steel — so you won’t need a separate hand mixer.
To ensure everything stays securely in place even at up to 12,000 rotations per minute, the attachments must be firmly pressed into the connector until you feel them click.
Apply a bit of extra pressure — don’t worry, Sam’s strong build can handle it.
Is Sam compatible with Sam 2.0?
No, the attachments and parts from Sam and Sam 2.0 are not interchangeable.
Can I make nut butter with Sam?
Yes, you can use Sam to make homemade nut butter.
However, due to its lower wattage compared to a high-performance blender, the result will not be as fine as with our Kaia kitchen machine or Hanno high-speed blender.
Can Sam knead dough?
Yes! Sam can handle light to medium doughs for cakes, pastries, sauces, fillings, and creams.
However, since Sam’s motor housing is smaller than a full kitchen machine like Karla, we recommend kneading in intervals to prevent overheating.
We do not recommend using Sam for very heavy bread doughs.
Can I use Sam to make breadcrumbs?
Absolutely! You can easily make your own breadcrumbs with Sam.
Just make sure the bread or rolls are completely dry and cut into smaller pieces before blending for best results.
My Sam storage bag is missing. What should I do?
This happens occasionally! The storage bag often slides underneath the cardboard insert inside the packaging.
Please check the box thoroughly, including the corners and under all inserts — it’s usually hiding there.

Are Sam’s attachments dishwasher-safe?
Yes, all attachments are dishwasher-safe.
