If your parcel cannot be located or status does not change for days, please contact us immediately, so we cann start an investigation with the German postal service Deutsche Post / DHL.
Investigation by DHL:
- We request DHL to search for your parcel.
- This process usually takes about one week until DHL provides feedback about the situation.
No long waiting time for you:
To make sure you receive your order quickly, we will send you a new package right away.
This way, you do not have to wait until the DHL investigation is completed.
Tip: Please also check with your neighbors or local post office, as parcels are sometimes left there if the recipient was not at home.
