After winning one of our eBay auctions, you will automatically receive an email with all the important details. Here’s how the process works:
1. Automatic email
- Within 2–3 hours after the auction ends, you will receive an email from our system.
- This email contains a link to your auction data.
2. Checking and updating your details
- Page 2: You will see your delivery address and can enter a different shipping address if necessary.
- Page 3: Your confirmed address is shown again.
- Page 4 (end): You will find our bank details and your reference number.
Please always include this reference number as the reason for payment when making your transfer.
Why is this process important?
- It ensures that your order is shipped quickly.
- It prevents delays or deliveries to an outdated eBay address.
Tip: Always double-check your delivery address before completing your payment.
What if I don’t receive the email?
If you do not receive the automatic email:
- Please check your spam/junk folder.
- Sometimes email servers are overloaded, or your mailbox may be full.
- In such cases, the email will be returned to us.
If you still haven’t received the email, please contact our support team, and we will resend the information.
