Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

We always try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible for a short time after placing the order.

 

If your order has not yet shipped:
Please contact our customer service immediately with your order number.
 We will do our best to adjust or cancel it before dispatch.

 

If your order has already shipped:

Unfortunately, we can no longer change or stop it.
 However, you can simply refuse delivery or use your legal right of withdrawal to return the goods after receiving them.

 

Tip: For faster service, always include your order number and sales platform (e.g. Amazon, eBay, or Webshop) when contacting us.
