Where can I find my refund on Amazon?
- Go to www.amazon.de
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Go to “My Account” → “My Orders”
- Search for the order you returned
- Open the order details
- On the right side, you will see the refund listed in green letters
How will my refund be paid out?
The refund will always be processed to the same payment method that you originally used for the order:
- Credit card / debit card: usually visible within 10 business days
- Bank transfer: usually visible within 10 business days
Please note: For legal reasons, Amazon cannot change this process.
What if my bank account is no longer active?
If the bank account or credit card you originally used is no longer valid, please check with your bank or credit card provider if the payment was forwarded to your new account.
