What if my payment cannot be found?

Sometimes payments cannot be immediately matched to an order. If we cannot locate your payment, we kindly ask you to help us by providing proof of transfer. 

What you need to do

  1. Please send us a copy of your bank transfer by email to: support(@)springlane.de 
  1. Be sure to include your order details on the copy, so we can match it easily.

What happens next?

  • Once we receive your transfer copy, we will check our account again immediately. 
  • If the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped without further delay.
