How can I make a reclamation if my item is damaged or not okay?

We are sorry that your delivered item is not in perfect condition. Of course, we will help you quickly.

Steps for reclamation:

  1. Provide your order number: You can find the order number in your customer account, on your invoice or in the confirmation email.
  2. Send us photos of the damage: Please take 1–2 clear photos showing the damage. If the defect happened with an electronic article, please also provide a picture of the nameplate, so we can match it correctly.
  3. Send us a video of the defect: In case of a defect of an electronic article, we might ask you to provide also a video showing the defect, so our technical support can analyse it in more detail
  4. Send the pictures and videos by email to: support(@)springlane.de. Make sure the total file size does not exceed 20 MB – otherwise our server may reject the email.

What happens next?

As soon as we have received your photos, we will arrange for a replacement item or send you the necessary replacement parts. You will be informed by email about the next steps.

Tip: Sending photos and videos helps us speed up the process and ensures that you get the right replacement without unnecessary delays.
