Steps for reclamation:
- Provide your order number: You can find the order number in your customer account, on your invoice or in the confirmation email.
- Send us photos of the damage: Please take 1–2 clear photos showing the damage. If the defect happened with an electronic article, please also provide a picture of the nameplate, so we can match it correctly.
- Send us a video of the defect: In case of a defect of an electronic article, we might ask you to provide also a video showing the defect, so our technical support can analyse it in more detail
- Send the pictures and videos by email to: support(@)springlane.de. Make sure the total file size does not exceed 20 MB – otherwise our server may reject the email.
What happens next?
As soon as we have received your photos, we will arrange for a replacement item or send you the necessary replacement parts. You will be informed by email about the next steps.
