Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
To track your parcel:
- Open the shipping confirmation email.
- Click on the provided tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier’s website (for example DHL, DPD, or Hermes) and enter your tracking number to see the current status of your delivery.
Tip: Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after you receive your shipping email.
